Massage Aftercare
Massage is an aid to the body's natural mechanisms to release stresses which have built up over a period of time.
To maximise the benefits, it is advised you follow the aftercare advise for 12 hrs
Stay hydrated and drink plenty of water to help flush out toxins.. Headaches can be a sign of dehydration

Avoid sauna, steam rooms and other sources where heat can dehydrate you further
Avoid direct exposure to strong sunlight while oil is still on your skin ( at risk of burning )
Rest if you feel you need to
You may experience a feeling of tiredness or fatigue following a massage. In some cases headaches may follow
