Weekly Group sessions are mostly mixed ability that do not require previous experience. The session that does require previous experience is Active 'Well-Being' Tai Chi
If you are recovering from illness or have a chronic condition that may require a more one to one approach, please get in touch.
This may be more beneficial to show you how to adapt within a group session. This could be face to face or over Zoom
How to book and pay
Paying for the sessions in advance will book your place. As venues have limited spaces available, this secures your place and ensures sessions keep running.
A video link of a session will be available for any that you have paid for but cannot attend live. Sessions run 48 weeks a year.
As a new attendee, you will be able to pay weekly for 8 weeks ( ask for payment details) to allow yourself time to see if you would like to continue, after 8 weeks, you will be offered a Tai Chi Membership paying by Standing Order monthly to cover 48 sessions a year. Payments are set up between 28th - 1st. Giving 1 months notice if you wish to cancel.
If you miss a session, you will be offered a video link of a 60 minute session to follow when you get time. As part of your Tai Chi membership, you will also have access to a video library on Patreon with a selection of shorter videos that can fit around your day to access as and when you may need 'a quick fix'! Access to group zoom sessions will also be available as catch up sessions.
